How we operate at the peak of our talent

These words were said by Warren Bennis, an American scholar and an early advocate for agile leadership and organizations. And we, at Talent Peaks, could not agree more. Like Bennis, we are convinced that great things are accomplished by talented people who believe they will accomplish them. Over the last year, Talent Peaks has grown from a dream into a reality: a team of consultants with each their own expertise in strategy, implementation and people analytics, bound together by a shared DNA. And we believe that this DNA truly makes a difference: for us as an organization and for our customers.

How we operate at the peak of our talent

At Talent Peaks, we meet our challenges head on by working together and complementing each other with our own areas of expertise. Our leadership inspires, facilitates and empowers both our consultants and customers to operate at the peak of their talent. Even though our consultants all possess individual talents and skill sets, we share the common beliefs and values of team spirit, commitment, deep competence and drive for result. This makes us a true adhocracy: an organization that operates according to adaptability instead of hierarchy, where specialization is valued more than standardization, and where the free movement of talent is the key to organizational, personal and customer success.

Taking ownership

Each and every time, we mix and match our consultants based on their expertise to create flexible and effective teams that fit the specific challenge at hand. As such, we create solutions and results that are specifically tailored to the needs and wants of our customers. Warren Bennis, who first coined the term ‘adhocracy’, believed true excellence can only be achieved when one takes ownership of their own development and creations, and empowers others to do the same. It is this belief that drives us forward at Talent Peaks.

To enable such a highly intensive way of working, we need to continuously remain empowered and energized. Growth, flexibility, rhythm and fun are the fuel to our engine! But our strength also lies in teamwork and communality. We keep our fuel levels high by meeting up regularly to share our experiences, learn from each other and simply have fun together.

On the 29th of september, we got together for our latest update meeting, where we celebrated the wonderful growth of our business and the successes achieved at and with our customers. With every challenge we complete, we learn and grow and act to accomplish even greater excellence with the next. Our work is never dull, never meaningless and always meant to achieve higher purposes. And, of course, fun. Because we make it so!

Not your average consultants

Little over two years ago, Talent Peaks started out as a niche Salesforce consulting partner for corporate HR and Recruitment/Staffing agencies. Today, we are so much more than that. Our team now consists not only of consultants deeply specialized in Salesforce implementations, but also in general process analysis, recruitment and web analytics, content marketing and change management.
