SUSA is a staffing and recruitment company that enables students to combine work and education. Unique is the Poolconcept®, with student pools that work for customers on a flexible and structured basis.

Challenge

SUSA has the mission to provide students with a great and valuable job. To realize this, they aim to fully support students and customers in their journey in a spot on and personal way. For this, a 360° view on relevant data is key. Hence, a digital transformation towards the Salesforce Platform was set in motion.

The project

SUSA branded the digital transformation as Project Robin. Based on one leading vision, Talent Peaks guided SUSA in optimizing, implementing and streamlining front office processes of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Pardot Marketing Automation and aligning them with back office processes. We partnered with Mysolution who integrated  recruitment, time registration and payment flows. Key questions in the project were:

• whom and how do we service?
• how do we improve collaboration?
• how easy can we make things work?   

Results

For SUSA, collaboration now is easy and efficient and service can be best tailored to the needs of the market. Evalutated KPIs:

• alignment of all front office processes
• integration with back office
• efficient design and use of contact moments
• reporting and insights into business goals
