KPMG had the ambition to optimize the recruitment process to facilitate the candidate, hiring manager, and user journey. The optimized recruitment process would serve as a basis for choosing a new ATS. KPMG consulted Talent Peaks to help them design a candidate-centered and user-friendly recruitment process.

Based on their needs, Talent Peaks researched KPMG’s as-is situation and co-created a to-be situation with the KPMG-team.
