Attentia is a rapidly growing Belgian professional services organization that offers a broad range of payroll, HR and well-being services. Rapid expansion, while delivering a multitude of different services from different business lines, is challenging. That is why Attentia started a digital transformation program. Firstly, to create a shared 360° view on the customers so they can design optimal customer journeys. And secondly, to build future proof and efficient lead-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes with the best fit digital solutions. Talent Peaks was asked to guide the organization in their digital transformation.
The transformation resulted in a Salesforce multi cloud project, covering the following domains:

- Professional Services Automation (PSA)
- Service and Project Management
Talent Peaks guided us towards a brand new lead-to-cash and procure-to-pay process, including marketing automation, CRM, Professional Services Automation and finance. Based on a design thinking approach we developed powerful customer and user journeys that are very well received by both customers and colleagues at Attentia!
