Challenge
The tight labor market and the changed regulations with regards to labor contracts and flexible work, triggered Aethon to reconsider their role as an employer. They’ve set the stage for an integral employee centered approach by creating powerful employee journeys supported by innovative technology. This required a digital and business transformation.
