The tight labor market and the changed regulations with regards to labor contracts and flexible work, triggered Aethon to reconsider their role as an employer. They’ve set the stage for an integral employee centered approach by creating powerful employee journeys supported by innovative technology. This required a digital and business transformation.

The project

Talent Peaks assisted Aethon in redesigning the employee service approach. By implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Pardot marketing automation and aligning this with powerful integrations, Aethon can now put the employee in the center of all activities. With the digital transformation, it has streamlined the complete process from recruitment to hire, from talent management to the allocation to customers up until the back office.
