Starting up Talent Peaks!

Based on our background, experience in HR-IT consulting and discussions with our customers, last year Stijn and I acknowledged an increasing need for agile and innovative solutions to optimize the way our customers engage with talent.
Talent Peaks in a nutshell
We decided to offer consulting services based on our vision that candidates, employees, hiring managers and suppliers should be treated as your most valuable customers and we defined the talent journey. In all steps of this talent journey, (Salesforce) technology can create a competitive advantage in creating and maintaining the optimal relationship with all stakeholders in- or outside your company.
What challenge did you identify amongst your customers?
We identified one generic challenge:
"How to engage with (potential) talent in a whole new and competitive way"

What are your views on the potential of Talent Peaks with respect to growth?
Talent Peaks is growing fast in terms of customer base and our consulting team. Starting with the two of us in March 2016, we have grown to a team with eight highly qualified professionals from October 2016 onwards. We strongly believe that growth, as such, is not effective as long as you can’t focus it, and therefore our focus is:
“To become a leading niche Salesforce consulting partner for Corporate HR, Professional Services and Staffing & Recruiting in the western European region.”
