A new recruiting system for Juva Energy Support

Improving both candidate journey and user experience
Juva is a network company for gas and energy and believes in innovation and collaboration to realize a comfortable and sustainable society for all people. With specialization in the transport of energy and related products and services, within the legal frameworks, Juva takes the initiative by seeking the connection with all stakeholders. Juva is the holding for three brands: Westland Intra Netbeheer, Capturam and Anexo. In order to attract and engage the talent all labels are looking for, Juva decided to improve the complete candidate journey.
A brand new recruiting system
Talent is scarce. Getting the best candidate for the job means that as an employer you have to be appealing and convincing. An attractive recruitment website, clear communication and a smooth application process are basic necessities. Juva therefore decided to purchase a modern recruiting system that could be flawlessly integrated with the company website. Talent Peaks was asked to take care of the implementation of the Bullhorn Connexys ATS that sits on the Salesforce Platform.
Quick application process and personal attention
In close cooperation with the key users we managed to set up the Bullhorn Connexys recruiting system in a lean and pleasant way for both users and candidates. We implemented the system and defined a process in such a way that it enables the team to keep a good balance between speed in process handling and personal attention for the candidates. The optimization of our processes and our candidate database allows us to engage with potential candidates throughout the complete candidate journey.”
In order to help recruiters work smoothly and effective, as well as to offer them an optimal user experience, we revamped the integration with the career website. Juva can now directly post jobs on the website and online applications automatically will be imported in the ATS. This helps to create an enjoyable experience for both hiring manager, recruiters and candidates. We would like to thank the Juva team for this pleasant project.
